COVID-19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

Visitors with symptoms of COVID-19 (fever over 37.2o, cough, shortness of breath) are not allowed to access the exhibition.

Due to the extremely limited capacity we recommend to pre-book your tickets in our web
www.vangogh.es to guarantee your entry. The ticket office queue shall be attended to once all visitors with pre-booked tickets have accessed the venue.

Senior citizens (+65) and their companions have the right to priority access, without having to make a queue.

No access with luggage / suitcases.

Temporarily we offer no lost and found service at the exhibition: make sure you don’t leave anything behind when you leave.

In line with current restrictions, the use of masks is mandatory during the visit.

Currently you do not need a COVID passport to access our exhibition.
